E-mark, the full name is: Electrically Marked Cable: A USB Type-C active cable with an E-Marker chip encapsulated. DFP and UFP can use the PD protocol to read the properties of the cable: power transmission capacity, data transmission capacity, ID, etc. Information, all full-featured Type-C cables should be encapsulated with E-Marker (in daily operation, we require cables with currents above 3A to have E-mark chips).
